Volcanoes Experiment π
Year 4 explored a chemical reaction in Science through combining different ingredients. They had made their own mini volcanoes, painted these then created a fair test outside to see if a chemical reaction would take place. The children were buzzing with excitement. ππ

'Music Makers' at Orangefield
P4 were very excited to join other schools to perform the Music Makers songs they had been learning over the past few months with Mrs McCoy from the EA Music Service. Thank you to Orangefield Primary School for hosting this event.πΆ
'The Train Journey'
P4 used musical instruments to create a train journey sound experience using a music style called 'Ronda form'.
'Epo I Tai Tai E'
Over the weeks the children learned many song including a New Zealand MΔori folk song called 'Epo I Tai Tai E'.

Other songs included: 'If you clap, If you're happy and you know it', 'Our Dustbin' and 'Jack Frost'. The children used percussion instruments to accompany these pieces.
