Numeracy Week 2014
This week is Numeracy week in St Michael's Primary school.
At Home
- I am looking for children to bring in the longest carrot they have (Measurement)
- I am looking for children to bring in the oldest Coin/Note (Money)
- Children can also make a 3D house using everyday, household recyclable materials (Shape)
* These are optional for every year group.
Prizes will be given to each year group for each competition
In School
Apart from normal numeracy lessons, each class have been given number trails questions for outside and inside the school. We will also have problem solving questions each morning and some games at breaktime.
Good Luck Mr Duggan
