Wowie! What a busy October we have had. We are working hard at using our school grounds as part of our learning. We have enjoyed using the polytunnel to make woodland animals out of leaves and to create different faces when we were talking about ‘Feelings’. We collected leaves and other autumn items to make ‘stick’ men and women when we were learning about the parts of our bodies.
We continue to work hard on developing our understanding of number and have enjoyed practical activities to develop our ability to form numbers.
This week we have enjoyed lots of Halloween activities including carving pumpkins, making coloured spaghetti for the water tray, dressing-up, crafts and we even made our own witch’s potion!!
We hope you all have a spookily brilliant Halloween!
