Marie Curie Bulb Planting
Primary 1 and Primary 2 have been planting daffodil bulbs in pots in our new polytunnel. We will leave the little bulbs to sleep over the coming Winter months and hope to see them grow into bright yellow daffodils in the Spring. Then we plan to send them home and ask for a donation from each family to support the work of the Marie Curie nurses.
A win-win situation …we get to learn about growing plants and we get to support a fabulous organisation working in our community!
